Wednesday, April 2

7:15am -          Arrive at school – all luggage in dance room
8:30 am -         Depart for Philadelphia, PA!
                                    Lunch and Dinner en route.
9:00pm -          Approximate arrival at the hotel:
                                    Crowne Plaza Philadelphia West
                                    4010 City Ave
                                    Philadelphia, PA 19131
10:00 pm -       Possible Pool time
11:00 pm -       Room check – anyone found out of place between the room check and the next morning will be sent                       home at their parents’ expense per school and festival rules

Thursday, April 3

8:45 am -         Wake-up!
10:00 am -       Load bus for the day
10:30 am -       Lunch at the Reading Terminal Market
12:00 pm -       Walking tour – Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and more
2:00 pm -         National Constitution Center
4:00 pm -         Dinner at the Bourse
5:00 pm -         Load bus, return to hotel to dress for the Symphony
7:15 pm -         Depart for Kimmel Hall –The Philadelphia Symphony will be performing Beethoven’s 7th Symphony
8:00pm -          Performance begins
9:30pm -          Return to Hotel – Pool time
11:00 pm -       Room check – anyone found out of place between the room check and the next morning will be sent                       home at their parents’ expense per school and festival rules.

Friday, April 4

8:45 am -         Wake-up!
10:15am -        Load Bus
10:30 pm -       Franklin Institute – eat lunch here
2:00 pm -         Depart for the Eastern State Penitentiary
2:30 pm -         Tour Eastern State Penitentiary
4:30 pm -         Dinner and Shopping at the King of Prussia Mall
8:00 pm -         return to hotel – time to relax/swim
11:00 pm -       Room check – anyone found out of place between the room check and the next morning will be sent                       home at their parents’ expense per school and festival rules.

Saturday, April 5

8:45 am -         Wake-up!
            *****Bring everything you need for our performance*****
10:00 am -       Load and Depart for performance site:

11:00 am -       Concert warm-up
11:35 am –      Concert Band Performance – Go Knights!
12:05 pm -       Concert Band Clinic
12:50 pm -       Symphonic Band warm-up
1:25 pm -         Symphonic Band Performance – Go Knights!
1:55 pm -         Symphonic Band Clinic
2:45 pm -         Load Bus – return to hotel
3:30 pm -         Arrive at Hotel – relax, shower, and dress for the Banquet
6:15 pm -         Depart for Banquet
7:00 pm -         Awards Banquet at the Valley Forge Convention Center

Sunday, April 6

7:30 am –        Load bus
8:00 am -         Depart for NHHS
                                 -will stop for lunch and dinner en route
9:00 pm –        Arrive at NHHS, unload all equipment; clean the buses, GO HOME!
